Send personal links – one by one or as a CSV. Each guest gets a ticket category.

Guests fill in name, job title and organisation and add a photo if they like. No app, no account.

Everyone gets a digital badge in the event guide. Printed badges come as a ready PDF.

Your helpers use their own phones at the entrance. Scan the badge – name and photo appear, done in a second.

Logo, colours, sender name and reply address. pinn only shows up as a small “powered by”.
Final report
After the event: show-up rate per ticket, arrivals per hour, busiest hour and time on site – as a page and a PDF to share. Lists as Excel, CSV or PDF, too.

Clubs, schools and non-profit organisations use pinn Community free – even with admission fee. With more than 100 guests they pay half price.

Questions
Do my guests need an app?+
No. Registration, badge and event guide work in any browser. Guests can add the guide to their home screen.
Can I use my own branding?+
Yes – logo, colours, sender name and reply address. Guests see your event, pinn only appears as a small “powered by”.
How does check-in work?+
A station is simply a check-in point – the main entrance, the hotel lobby, the door to the workshop. Create one in pinn and you get a QR code (as a PDF or a link to send) and a 4-digit PIN. Your helper scans the QR code with their own phone, enters the PIN once, and the phone becomes the scanner – no app, no account. Then point the camera at the guest's badge, printed or on their phone: name and photo appear, tap “Check in”, next guest. Each station can check in, check out or both, works only on the event days and keeps scanning when the connection drops.
Where is the data stored?+
In Germany, with German providers. You set a deletion date for each event; after that, guests' data is deleted automatically.
What do I get after the event?+
A final report with the key figures: who registered and who came, show-up rate per ticket category, arrivals per hour, busiest hour, scans per station and time on site. Totals only – no names – as a page and a PDF for your team or client.
How is the price calculated?+
Per event, in blocks of 25 guests: the first 25 cost 69 €, every further block 10 % less (never below 19 €). 100 guests cost 237 €, 200 guests 393 € – plus VAT.
Our event has no admission fee – does pinn cost anything?+
No, with pinn Community: up to 100 guests and one event per month are free. Badges come with your logo and colours but without your own background graphic, there is no final report, and the guest pages show “made with pinn”. Clubs, schools and non-profit organisations may use pinn Community even when they charge admission, and pay half for larger events.
What does the free trial include?+
Everything: one event with up to 5 guests, all features, no credit card.
